what can one write about happiness?

..

haven't been writing much lately..

actually, for about a year..

.. "Pain is easy to write. In pain we're all happily individual. But what can one write about happiness?"

(quote from the movie The End of the Affair)

Good to know you're alive :)

and you're right about the quote.. happiness is boring, no one is ever inspired to write about it.

    Kisses from Greece!
    Congratulations on your nice blog!

For sure when we are happy we seldom bother writing...We just enjoy the moments...Pain is stimulating and thought provoking, though...
    Take care

I was glad to see you posted after so long, I was worried about you.

I believe Kahil Gibran said it best in the prophet regarding Joy and Sorrow. "The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain."

One must think the glass half full and a sweet drink to be happy. It is not always easy to think this way, but we do make our own hapiness.

Dear Eve - I join the chorus, please keep blogging about the happy as well as the melancholy times. I thoroughly enjoy and admire your writing.

I'm from Denmark and I study arabic, so the posts in both English and Arabic are a joy to me.

    All the best wishes,
    Marie
